(3 separate sessions: Aug 23, Sep 6, Oct. 4) This year I'll be teaching classes in selecting, freezing, and cooking with green chiles. Come with just your credit card or cash, taste a variety of chiles and dishes made with different varieties, and leave with your chiles all packed up and ready to pop in the freezer. We supply the rubber gloves, zip-lock bags, everything you need!
Plus, we will have fun and learn a lot about chiles in the process. (We can stay late if you want to pack up several bushels!)
